Wool Felt

wool felt tessellation
after laser cutting several right-angle triangle wool felt triangles, I ironed them to interfacing to provide a foundation for the shape as a whole.  however, the felt that I was working with was not dense enough to support its modular structure.

Midterm Critique

mantra : Through an exploration of non-traditional jewellery materials, I am interested in creating a collection of inclusive work that has been designed with the needs of all children in mind, including those with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, and tactile defensiveness/sensitivity.  My goal is to design objects of play that have the potential to enhance one’s social skills, sensory organization, and concentration.
